Description
xRGB LED Neon flex is a flexible light tube designed to produce a seamless ambient linear lighting effect and is perfect for making shapes, signs & logos. PVC totally diffused, 'no shadow' no spots and is flexible.
It's durable body allows for installations both in and outdoors where light water exposure may occur. Pair with one of our RGB controllers for colour-changing effects.
RGB Neon Flex looks better than glass neon - and it opens all the environments where fragile Glass Neon cannot be used. As the name suggests, it is highly flexible. LED Neon Flex can be bent to a minimum radius of 4 cm, and can be cut easily to your desired lengths. Maximum continuous length is 10 metres.
The electrical components in the LED Strip are covered with Silicone. It is perfectly protected against dust and moisture which contributes to its IP65 protection factor and makes this type of LED lighting perfect not only for indoor but also for outdoor use (light splashes of water).
Note: Should not be fully exposed to outdoor weather, for full outdoor use please use IP67 or IP68 Neon Flex DC Voltage
This neon flex comes with a 2 year guarantee for indoor installations.
Please Note: We are not able to offer refunds on cut lengths of Neon Flex, only for full 50m reels. If you order more than a 1 Metre length of Neon Flex you will receive a continuous run as it is taken from a 50m roll.

xShipping Policy
We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. All paid orders are shipped via one of our Next Working Day or 48hr delivery services. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. Items are not despatched on weekends. We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical. That’s why we’ve selected the best delivery services available. We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £100 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
