Bendable Tile-In Aluminium Profile for 8×16mm IP67 Neon Flex
Use this segmented aluminium profile when an 8×16mm Neon Flex route needs to turn through a broad curve within a tiled surface. The asymmetric flange keys beneath the finish, while relief slots let the channel be shaped carefully along the design line.
The overall width is 32mm within a ±0.2mm tolerance. A nominal 8mm cavity narrows to a 7.6mm clear mouth, and the source records two depth references: 14.5mm from the wall top and 11.4mm below the retaining shoulders. Compare those measurements with the selected IP67 light before work begins.
Installation notes
Available in 1m and 2m lengths for matching 24V or 48V Neon Flex. Form the profile without kinking, plan drainage and joints, and keep the light within its own bending direction.
This is the aluminium profile only. Neon Flex, diffuser, fixings and electrical components are separate. IP67 does not apply to the bare profile. Warranty: 7 years.

- Free tracked delivery: eligible standard parcels and 1m-profile orders of £90 or more.

- DX rigid-profile delivery: DX Mainland UK delivery for rigid 2-metre profiles is £19.85 per order. If an order contains any rigid profile longer than 2 metres, including 2.45-metre profiles, the charge is £34.65 per order. The single £34.65 charge applies to mixed baskets and multiple long profiles, including orders over £90. For Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, orders containing rigid profiles 2 metres or longer cost £39.85 per order with DX. Available upgrades are shown at checkout. Rigid long profiles do not qualify for free delivery at the £90 threshold. Eligible bendable profiles that can be curved for dispatch retain their short-profile delivery service.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.
Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
