Cool White 6500K SCOB LED Strip gives display cabinets, hobby-room shelving and dry indoor workspaces a distinctly cool-white finish. Use it where the lighting should look cooler than natural-white or warm-white alternatives.
The Special COB (SCOB) design combines 2835 LEDs with a white surface for a continuous-looking line of light. Its 10mm width makes it suitable for compatible profiles in shelving, cabinetry and recessed details.
Fitting and power
Match the strip with a 24V DC constant-voltage supply, using its 9W/m load and the power supply manufacturer’s capacity margin. Install it in a suitable aluminium profile with room for the connections. IP20 protection is for dry interiors, away from splashes, steam and condensation.
Questions before ordering
Is the white temperature adjustable? No. This is a fixed 6500K strip, not a tuneable-white product.
Can I change the brightness? Yes, using a compatible single-colour dimming controller and correctly matched power supply.

For custom-cut lighting, send your measurements to House of LEDs. Cuts must follow the 29.4mm (2.94cm) marks, and each run must stay within 10m. We can help plan separate runs for a larger installation.

- 2m profiles / long goods: £21.85 per consignment. This applies whenever an order contains any 2m profile: one 2m length, a 2m length mixed with 1m items, or multiple 2m lengths. The charge remains £21.85 and is not replaced by the free-delivery threshold.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.
Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
