We dispatch orders using DPD, Royal Mail and DX, depending on the parcel, delivery service and destination. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

• Tracked delivery, including 1m profiles: £6.95 for eligible orders under £90.
• Free tracked delivery: eligible standard parcels and 1m-profile orders of £90 or more.
• DPD Next Working Day: £9.85
• Next Working Day by 12pm: £15.95
• Next Working Day by 10:30am: £18.95
• Saturday delivery: £19.85
• DX rigid-profile delivery: DX Mainland UK delivery for rigid 2-metre profiles is £19.85 per order. If an order contains any rigid profile longer than 2 metres, including 2.45-metre profiles, the charge is £34.65 per order. The single £34.65 charge applies to mixed baskets and multiple long profiles, including orders over £90. For Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, orders containing rigid profiles 2 metres or longer cost £39.85 per order with DX. Available upgrades are shown at checkout. Rigid long profiles do not qualify for free delivery at the £90 threshold. Eligible bendable profiles that can be curved for dispatch retain their short-profile delivery service.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.

Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
