- Tracked delivery, including 1m profiles: £6.85 for eligible orders under £90.
- Free tracked delivery: eligible standard parcels and 1m-profile orders of £90 or more.
- DPD Next Working Day: £9.85
- Next Working Day by 12pm: £15.95
- Next Working Day by 10:30am: £18.95
- Saturday delivery: £19.85
- 2m profiles / long goods: £21.85 per consignment. This applies whenever an order contains any 2m profile: one 2m length, a 2m length mixed with 1m items, or multiple 2m lengths. The charge remains £21.85 and is not replaced by the free-delivery threshold.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.
Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
