RGB Neon Flex Light 220 – 240V 14W/m has a translucent High-quality Silicone cover that offers dotless light and performs better than the standard Strip lights with visible individual LED Chips. Because it’s so flexible, its installation is simple and requires clips to installed anywhere and to adapt it to all sorts of shapes in horizontal bending (3cm bending raidus). The Waterproof feature of the Light makes it ideal for Indoor and Outdoor* (Splashproof) use.

Silicone cover has a high-quality finish that offers a longer life than standard PVC covers. You can rest assured that the PVC cover will last longer and will not discolour. Custom cut to length from 1 metre to 50 metre length.

Bluetooth Features:

• RGB Neon Flex 220V 240V is controlled by bluetooth technology. Compatible with all types of smartphones (Android and IOS). Easy to use APP on smartphone to change colors and light effects. 
• Download the app "Lotus Lantern" from Google Play and iOS App Store. You can adjust brightness, change colors, turn on/off the RGB LED strip. Comes with sensitive built-in mic in the controller switch, lights will pulsate and change colors along with the environmental sound and music. Comes with a IR remote to control the LED light strip.
• You can set a timer to turn on/off the lights with your favourite colour, you can also control the light strips within responsive distance of 15m via the phone app. Comes with Microphone mode, which you can play music via the phone mic then lights will change colors and pulsate along.
  

Important Note:

RGB Neon Flex 220V 240V is not designed for making neon signs and logos, if you want to make a neon sign or logo please use the RGB Neon Flex 12V.

All our neon flex AC 220V 240V comes with a 1 year warranty as standard on indoor installations and 6-month guarantee on outdoor installations. Its IP65 rating also makes it suitable for short term outdoor use and indoor use where light water exposure may occur. Please note: once cut, the IP65 rating can no longer be guaranteed.

For outdoor use heatshrink and silicone sealant must be applied on the end cap and the front connection to protect against water damage. Do not use the lights near a swimming pool, hot tub, bathroom, sauna and fish tank. Strictly prohibited to use underwater.

RGB Controller is non-waterproof and needs to be kept in a waterproof box or dry place.

RGB Neon Flex comes with an attached controller with UK plug to be plugged to a socket. Cutting the plug and hardwiring the lights would void the warranty.

Important Note:

This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface. For such applications, you need an IP68 neon flex, which is specifically designed for outdoor recessed use. Any amendments or Improper use of the product voids the warranty.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made. Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights, Silicone Profiles, Bendable Profiles or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed. However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare. All the unused accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable.

Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued, specially the AC 220V 240V led strip and neon flex lights which come with an attached UK Plug (Hardwiring 220V 240V lights will void the warranty).

If you want to hardwire the lights then please check the DC 12V, 24V and 48V which are designed to be hardwired using a power supply. If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.
