Where this product can be used
Rated IP65, this LED strip light is suitable for indoor use and light outdoor environments where only mild water splashes or moisture may be present, such as covered patios or sheltered façades. It is not intended for extreme weather conditions or high-exposure areas. Do not use near swimming pools, hot tubs or fish tanks, in saunas or bathrooms, or underwater.
For outdoor use, ensure heatshrink tubing and silicone sealant are applied thoroughly at the end cap and front connection to prevent water ingress. Keep the plug, rectifier and any controller dry and protected from moisture. For sheltered outdoor use, house these connections and components in a suitable dry, waterproof enclosure.
Important Installation Notice
This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface exposed to direct water or heavy weather. For exposed or recessed outdoor applications, choose an IP67- or IP68-rated LED strip light specifically approved for the intended installation.
Any modification or improper use of this product will void the warranty. In particular, hardwiring this light is not supported and will invalidate the warranty. It must be connected using the provided plug. If you require a hardwired installation, choose a suitable low-voltage DC LED strip light (12V, 24V or 48V) with the correct power supply.

LED aluminium profiles: These 220V–240V mains voltage lights are not suitable for use with LED aluminium profiles. For installations using profiles, choose a suitable low-voltage DC LED strip.

- 2m profiles / long goods: £21.85 per consignment. This applies whenever an order contains any 2m profile: one 2m length, a 2m length mixed with 1m items, or multiple 2m lengths. The charge remains £21.85 and is not replaced by the free-delivery threshold.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.
Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
