2.45 Metre Straight Plaster-in Aluminium LED Profile 60.3x15mm, Opal Cover
Create a recessed linear-light detail with this 2.45-metre aluminium profile. Its plaster-in flanges are concealed during finishing, leaving the opal-covered light opening visible in the completed wall or ceiling.
The 60.3 × 15mm section is made for straight runs. Its channel accepts LED tape up to 15mm wide; check the width of any connectors as well as the strip. The wider internal channel provides room for tape that will not fit a narrow extrusion.

Planning your installation
Secure the extrusion before finishing the surrounding plasterboard. Keep plaster away from the diffuser-retaining edges and fit the cover after decorating. COB tape or closely spaced SMD LEDs helps produce an even-looking line behind the opal cover. This rigid, IP20 profile is for dry interiors and must not be forced around a curve.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.
Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
