Extra Long 18x16mm Warm White 48V IP68 Top Bend Waterproof 30 Metre is a 48V DC LED neon flex with a diffused face for a continuous line of light. Its 18 x 16mm profile is selected for the stated bend and installation space. It emits Warm White light. Its IP68 rating is suited to high-exposure wet-location installations when every seal and connection maintains the rating. It supports a verified continuous run of up to 30 metres from one power feed.

Best for: This 18x16mm IP68 waterproof LED neon flex is suited to high-exposure wet-location outlines and demanding exterior details. Avoid if: the cut ends, cable entries and connections cannot all be sealed to maintain the IP68 rating.

Installation planning: Match the system to a 48V DC constant-voltage LED driver. One feed supports the verified 30 metres maximum run; longer layouts need a revised power-feed plan. Seal every cut end and connection to preserve the IP68 rating. Follow the stated side bend direction and do not twist the flex across an unsupported axis.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.

Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
