Under Cabinet SCOB LED Strip | Red 10mm 24V IP20

Under Cabinet Red SCOB LED Strip creates a defined red line beneath kitchen cabinetry or along a dry dining-side counter. It is an accent for evening entertaining, used alongside white worktop lighting rather than as the only light for preparing food.

The Special COB (SCOB) design uses 2835 LEDs beneath a white surface to give a continuous-looking finish. Keep the strip recessed in a suitable profile for a neat cabinet installation.

Is this red strip colour-changing?

No. It emits fixed red light and cannot switch to white, blue or green. Choose an RGB product instead if your design needs selectable colours.

How do I fit it below a cabinet?

Check that the aluminium profile accepts a 10mm strip with room for the connections. Plan the cable route back to the power supply before fitting. IP20 is for dry indoor areas only, not places exposed to sink splashes, steam or condensation.

Can the red light be dimmed?

Use a compatible single-colour dimming controller with a matched power supply to adjust brightness. Keep separate white lighting for cooking and other tasks. Profiles and controls are not part of this strip listing.

How much driver capacity is needed?

The load is 9W/m. For 5m, 45W plus 25% headroom equals 56.25W; choose a suitable 24V constant-voltage driver rated at least 60W, subject to its loading guidance. The driver is required, supplied separately and must not be replaced by a direct mains connection.

Dimensions for cabinet fitting

Installation scenes are illustrative. Profiles, drivers and dimming controls are supplied separately.

Choose a 1–10m length, then your cable option. Ask ATOM LED about bespoke cabinet-lighting lengths. This UK-based service records your finished-length request; 2.3m is charged as 3m. Cuts follow the 29.4mm (2.94cm) marks and each continuous section is limited to 10m.

• 2m profiles / long goods: £21.85 per consignment. This applies whenever an order contains any 2m profile: one 2m length, a 2m length mixed with 1m items, or multiple 2m lengths. The charge remains £21.85 and is not replaced by the free-delivery threshold.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day when stock is available and no additional cutting or preparation time is required. Timed services exclude weekends and Bank Holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected. International orders use a tracked service; the available rate is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unused standard stock items may be returned within 15 days in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so the correct return route can be confirmed.

Made-to-measure, cut, mixed or otherwise personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has started unless they are faulty. Full unused rolls and unused accessories, power supplies, controllers, drivers and profiles may be eligible for return. Modifying a product can invalidate its warranty, including removing the fitted plug from 220V/240V strip or neon flex.
