*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks and PVC Glue is used on the Plug Connection and the End Cap to protect Strip against water damage. For outdoor use silicone sealant with end cap and heat shrink is used on the tail end of the LED Neon Flex. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty.

This product is supplied with a Rectifier Cable, Heat Shirnk and an End Cap. For perfect IP67 protection, the client must make sure to protect these lights and the plugs correctly.

This Neon strip can be cut every 20 cm, and it is indicated on the strip itself where the cut should be made, making it possible to completely adapt it to the space. Never cut outside the marked cutting mark, otherwise, the fragment will be totally unusable.r.

Never turn on the Neon LED strips when they are coiled up, this could cause overheating and burn the LEDs.
It is not recommended to power more than 50m continuously with one controller.
Product made in accordance with your specifications, and therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Strictly prohibited to use underwater, pool area, sauna, bathtub and bathroom floors.
Any amendments made to the led neon flex or the controller will void the warranty.

All the AC 220V LED Strips & LED Neon Flex are prohibited to use underwater or near a swimming pool & water fountain. If you want to use the LED Strip or Neon Flex near or inside a swimming pool, bathroom, or sauna then use an IP68 Waterproof DC 12V or DC 24 IP67 LED Strip & Neon Flex. If you want to use the LED Neon Flex underwater then use a DC 12V or DC 24 LED Neon Flex IP68 Waterproof.

Please note the connection plug lead is non-waterproof and needs to be kept in a dry place.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £100 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
